3d printing technologies vs applications guide
Did have a good understanding of the various FDM/FFF models on the market, but I'm lacking the bigger picture about what technologies are most recommended in what sector.
Considering sectors such as consumer goods, architecture, museum, hotels, construction, arts, entertainment, jewellery, eye wear, footwear, automotive, dental, medical will be nice to find a guide that match technology, materials and applications.
Considering also the even greater availability of filaments with exotic materials such as carbon or marble will be interesting to know what are the applications that can't absolutely be done using FFF/FDM tech even with professional printers.
There is such a guide somewhere?Last edited by davide445; 08-23-2015 at 05:09 AM.

depends - stratasys publish a downloadable guide to the materials and uses of their machines. But the materials are obviously specific to them. But the uses for different materials can be attributed to other manufacturers and machines as well.
That's the only one I know of.
