Filament bunches up on the print head
I have a CTC dual extruder printer (bought from here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...ilpage_o02_s00)
I got one print out of it before the filament from the right extruder started bunching up on the print head and I end up with a ball of plastic. The left extruder is fine.
I have tried levelling the print bed, still not working. I'm pretty sure there is not a blockage, as filament is still coming out.
This is using PLA at 210C with the print bed at 90C, any suggestions?

that is usually a sign of overextruding.

We have seen good results from using an spool holder, next to the printer. Filament spooling from OVER the spool into the printer.
Try placing the spool holder on the table next to the printer on the right side.
Do not use any tubes or guides.
This will help eliminate issues, except with the spool itself. (Wound too tight, etc.)
