I very nearly bought this printer when it was first manufactured. I am also now very glad that I didn't.
I really hope you have sorted your build quality issues and after sales support.

We are keep improving the printers. Plus has improved a lot than the previous model.

I didn't buy one as I said but there are lots of posts on forums of people that had problems. My main reason for not buying were that the answers to questions never happened which did not fill me with confidence.
That was a long time ago now and as you are still about I guess you must have sorted at least some of your problems.

Actually the forum was only for discussion, we encouraged the users to send us emails with pics and videos to show their issues in detail, and we answer them via email, and we did not post the solutions directly in the forums...
