ABS Shrink Ratio for printed parts
Has anyone done any research on what is the shrink ratio of ABS printed parts?
What percentage larger should you make design a part to ensure proper fit?
Thanks

I understood it was 1%
Though I never measured it. that would seem to be the average.

The above are the results of a quick google. For my injection moulds I use manufacturer specific values that I get directly from Sasol, Safripol, etc.

The #'s i posted above is from actual testing of different brands of filament. You need to do some quick test because it does vary brand to brand. .8 is the lowest i have ever seen.
