make stone-like objects with aid of 3d printers?
A friend was talking wit me today and he said how rock dust is selling dirty cheap in thsi country. I asked him what do people buy that for and he said hes heard how people use some gluing material to make sculptures from them.
Is he right or does he just assume too much?
But this got me thinking, can I make a mold and then put that "rock dust + whatever glue" substance in it and get a mini sculpture that seems to be made from rock?
Maybe there is already a filament with that mix in it?
That would be so cool.

There actually is! There is a sandstone mixture available by the same guys who created wood filament. Check it out!
