The Marlin code at GetHub is slowly getting cleaned up. A bunch of changes got made and were not tested prior to being put into the released code. Now, most of those changes have been rolled back. But it is probably best to wait a little bit longer just to make sure. Hopefully going forward we won't have Zorro running around slashing Z's on everything without testing stuff.

Probably the safest thing to do is use the BeckDac fork at: https://github.com/beckdac/Marlin
When things settle down at the main branch of the Marlin tree you should be able to cross your Configuration.h settings over to it in a few minutes. But right now, I would be very cautious about trying to do anything using the code they have over there. They have a bunch of changes that have not been tested properly and it is causing a lot of issues.
