BuzzBox Enclosures for Afinia and Up - Kickstarter - buzzbox.apogeescience.com
Hi all - Just wanted to raise awareness regarding a new product that my team has been working on over the past year.
Eddie @ 3dprint has written an excellent article here: http://3dprint.com/32184/buzzbox-kickstarter/
BuzzBox keeps in the heat, improves your prints and stores tools and filament! Designed for Afinia and UP 3D printers.
It’s the world’s first customizable enclosure that combines the storage of material and tools while keeping heat in and filtering outgoing air.
Every 3D printer enthusiast has been there: warped prints, curling edges, cracking, fumes, noise, and heat loss. The list goes on and on!
We asked, “How can we solve these problems?” “What if we could build something that stored materials and tools?” We wanted a product that looked great while being versatile, too. Thus, BuzzBox was born.
Its internal dimensions are 12″ x 16″ x 11″ (Width x Height x Depth) and supports many small format 3D printers including brands like:
• Afinia H479
• Afinia H480
• Tiertime Up Plus
• Tiertime Up Plus 2
Our Kickstarter is 74% funded with 8 days left! Due to popular demand, we have opened up 18 single door BuzzBox spots.
If you are interested in helping to fund us, please goto Kickstarter.com and search "BuzzBox Enclosure" or click on this link http://t.co/QwTRstpe60
We are constantly looking for ways to improve, any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks and happy printing!Last edited by h0wkeye; 01-11-2015 at 11:06 AM. Reason: spelling
