temps too low. The filament is pulling when it turns corners, rather than laying down flat.
Needs to be softer - so print at a higher temperature

Try printing at 210.

bear in mind that different filament makes can - and usually do - print at different optimal temperatures. Also different colours from the same manufacturer can print at different temperatures too.

I've got pla that prints best at 195 and some that prints best at 215 or even 220.

get yourself a quick and complicated test print and whenever you get new filament try it out at different temps till you get the right one.

Uses a couple of grams of filament takes about 5 minutes and tests just about every aspect of your filament and printer :-)

My current best ever holecube is with ingeo blue printed at 215.
