Z18 users printing movable parts models and settings
Has anyone had success printing moveable 3d prints on a Z18?
Been experimenting with printing moving parts like:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:608397
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53451
They always print as a rock solid sealed object impossible to move correctly as per its use.

Tried Standard/ High settings and my own custom profile which seems to get me the cleanest prints:
- 0.15mm
- 5th Gen High Base
- As default offset
- 20%infill
- 200 °
- Roof layer count 4
- High
- 90mm/s
- Shells 2
- Outlines 15

Hi there
I would reduce filament amount.
Your shell is to thick, therefore moving parts can't move properly.
Somethig like this:
"feedDiameter": 1.80,
"feedstockMultiplier": 1.01,
If still no good, then increase the number of feedstock furthe more.
If you are using Makerbot filament then you should not have problems with it.
