Prints have started to lean......
Hi All
My prints have started to lean along the Y Axis -any ideas what could be causing this - the bed appears to be moving freely.
Im using a Ordbot Hadron

This might be obvious, but have you checked that the frame is square?

The bed and hot plate should move along the axis freely without sticking - i.e should be free to move. I was stating this to try and eliminate movement along the axis as a possible issue.
Ive printed another item and there appears to be a step every 5ish mm along the Y axis which causes the object to lean for taller printed objects.

Slow down your printing speed, and/or rotate the object 30 degrees around the Z, and see how that does.
Why? Units that move a lot of mass can have inertia issues at higher speeds, especially with long back-and-forth infill patterns.
