Bowden Tube
How easily should the filament slide through the PTFE Bowden Tube
ive finding it a lttle touch
Tube inner diameter is 3.02mm
filament is 2.92mm

I saw your pic in the other thread. I'm not a bowden guy but I'm using a 1' length of 4MM od 3mm ID for a ~3mm filament guide. I think you have to avoid near 90 degree turns with small radii, which you have happening right at the exit of the extruder at low Z heights. If I was doing a bowden implementation on an I3 i would mount the extruder on the back somewhere and have the tube make a large radius 180 over the top of the machine and back down to the end effector. Also, with an S curve instead of a C curve you are always pressing the filament against the side of the tube in 2 places at all times.

I ordered two types of tubes from Mcmaster Carr
hopefully i will have it tomorrow
New to 3d printing looking for...
