HELP! Bed stuck at peak z position!

As soon as a print starts the bed heads up to the extruder in the back right, stalls and then shakes violently. I uploaded a video of it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Hizfks_O_g

The printer is unusable at the moment. Is there someone out there who can help me identify the problem? I've emailed FlashForge for a faulty right extruder already and I really don't want that again. Especially since this time it's unusable. Thank you for your time!

Missing switch from the Z platform stop I expect.
