Thanks! Over the years we have tried many different hot ends and nozzle sizes. We have pretty good results and reliability with what we are presently using. I can remember back in the day when we were hand wrapping ni-chrome wire around threaded tubes for our early RepRaps and Cupcakes. I imagine in a couple of years we will look at overpowering power resistors for heaters as primitive?
