Borosilicate Glass Source
I know that normal glass should be ok however I decided that I would spring borosilicate glass and thought I would share that McMaster has it for a reasonable price. I have yet to find out what the shipping cost of my order for a 10" X 10" X 1/8" sheet is, but I will share that when I find out.

My brother got a 10x10 from Mcmaster and he got me an 8x8. They are very nice, super flat with polished and beveled edges. I'm keeping it for prints where I'm going for maximum quality on the bottom, and I use my windowpane for more utility type stuff. It is very thick and massive so I try to allow an extra 5 minutes or so for the glass to heat through thoroughly on ABS prints. I also take my time removing parts since the surface can be scratched. On the cheap glass I'm usually prying stuff off with the tweezers rather than letting the bed cool down.

My glass showed up today and it is nice and flat compared to the picture frame glass I was using. Too bad I can't cut glass worth a darn. I will definitely need to sand those corners to smooth them out.
