Glass Build Plate adjustment?

Do I need to change the printer's configuration to account for the extra thickness of the build plate?

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but I can't even confirm that the question is ever asked and therefore not sure if it is a stupid question.

So, again. Do I need to adjust the printer's build plate position?

Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro 2
Glass Build Plate thickness: 5 mm

I'm afraid to start the level build plate process without confirming I need to get into the from LCD panel and adjust the expected build plate thickness which is now: .

Make a shim for the Z limit switch that's the same thickness as your glass...

Here is a already made shim. You may have to resize it to be the same height as your piece of glass though.
