New Beak 3D Printed for Bald Eagle
I know this is also another old one, but shows just how awesome 3D Printing really can be. This eagle which was shot by poachers in 2005 got a new Beak thanks to the advances in 3D Printing:

That's truly awesome! Glad to see 3D printing being used to help others. They did any awesome job. I wonder how the printed section of the beak connects to the stub of the real beak. Is it screwed in?

Amazing what technology can do now a days. Wait a few years and I think we will be even more amazed. That face is made from plastics. In 5-10 years it may be made from human cells and transplanted without fear of rejection.
