Google Trends Evaluation: 3D Printing is growing exponentially
I have always been a fan of Google Trends, so it was interesting when Brian decided to evaluate certain keyword trends in the 3D printing industry. What he found was not exactly surprising, but was very interesting.
See his complete examination of google trends for 3D printing terms at http://3dprint.com/3075/3d-printing-google-trends/
Let us know what you think? Do you feel this is a good representation of peoples growing interest in 3D printing?

I looked at this once through google adwords and found out that more people were searching for makerbot than the term '3dprinting'. Is this a reflection of peoples association of 3dprinting with the brand makerbot. Similar to if you want to search for something on the internet people say just 'google it' as google have engrained themselves into the way people think about searching the internet. Put a trend up about makerbot.... I am sure it would show them getting massive growth.
