    Dual Head Calibration Issues.

I am running a PowerSpec 3Dpro printer and I have just begun to attempt printing objects with 2 different colors at the same time. The problem that I am having is that the print heads are dragging through the already printed material and tearing up the model. I have paid close attention to leveling the heads with one another and leveling the print bed with the heads to get that paper thin gap equal on both heads but I am not making any progress with solving this issue. Each time I start a print it is not even getting past printing the raft before it starts tearing itself apart. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Do all your levelling at working temperature not while the printer is cold.
