cubepro cartridge problem
I am setting up Cubepro for first time and cannot get it to recognize that the cartridges are installed. They seem to be in properly.

Call up Cubify support. It's a stupid issue with the microchips in the cartridge. They'll send you out new filament cartridges. From my experience, the cartridges have about a 10-20% chip failure rate.

Thanks they were helpful. I'm nervous that 4 out of 5 cartridges failed. One ABS was recognized as a PLA!

If you ever have the time and don't mind opening the cartridge, is it possible to take a picture of the serial chip? And share them?
Proprietary cartridge is a pain to deal with and put too much barrier...
