Not sure if this helps, but I found this on the reprap forum:

Seems like there are several ways to try and avoid the curling.

i didnt read red's link but your part needs more cooling time. i always try to print things like this along with other things so the hot end doesnt stay in one place too long and gives a longer cooling time. if you dont have anything else then try printing a 2-3 outlind skirt the same # of layers as you model. it will do one later on the model then go around and print the skirt allowing the fan more time to cool the soft plastic.

Yep had the same problem. More cooling helped, but i havent found a good way to cool from 360° and not cool the nozzle at the same time. I have printed a funnel but thats covering on ~180° so far

You can just chain on another fan or two?
I had similar probs on my older printer, I just spliced on two more fans - Looks like crap, but helped with all of them issues.
There is a file on thingiverse which holds three fans and aims toward the print. - I can't find it right now but have seen it numerous times.

This is the one I mentioned:
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198186 - This here would cool pretty much everywhere you're printing and its using large fans.Last edited by Kingoddball; 01-27-2014 at 06:46 PM.
