The differences between an Prusa i3 and an i3XL
I am looking to build a Prusa i3 but I am considering building a i3XL. I have seen very poor Bill of Materials for the i3XL. I am assuming that the only difference is the length of the rods. If correct can someone please let me know what the lengths for the XL should be. Or if this is not the only differences what the other differences may be. Thanks in advance.

Have you looked at the Prusa i3v kits from MakerFarm? They have 8, 10, and 12-inch versions of the kits available at pretty reasonable prices. Great customer support, and an extensive user base here in the MakerFarm subforum in the reprap area. The v-rail system on the MakerFarm i3v series is an improvement over the usually noisy and ill-fitting round rods and linear bearings on a traditional Prusa i3.
