The main thing you will need is this.. These should be the same as the ones I got, they are pretty cheap and nasty but they work.

Then just simply find the best prusa ramps tutorial you can find that speaks in your language, some are a bit over the top, some are just simple enough to follow without too much messing around.
And this is your wiring
NOTE
See the end stops in the image below have 3 wires, we are using 2 obviously. See there is Green, Orange Yellow? do not use the Yellow!
You only are using the 2 connections toward the edge of the board, the green and orange. This is important for zappy zappy puff of smoke reasons.
