HDPE would be nice especially if it could be extruded from recycled materials. I really wish I could print ceramic or would too.

Biopolymers like polysaccharides (cellulose, starch, agar) or proteins (collagen, gluten, soy, corn).

Organics. The ability to print out body parts to replace missing, damaged, diseased or weakened limbs or organs would be fantastic.

multi-color - would make a simple print look finish with out painting. A camo anything would be cooler than a solid color thing.
edible - 3d print a mint
wax - 3d print candle
