Orange Screamer 3D Printed Noise Maker
Have you ever wanted to print out something annoying? Then today may be your lucky day, and it will only take you about half an hour! An Instructables member, AndyGadget has created a tiny little device he calls the Orange Screamer. The device is only about 1 inch by 1.5 inches, and produces quite the sound when one's lung capacity is pushed through it. Check out more detailed on how to print this yourself, as well as a demonstration video here: http://3dprint.com/14486/3d-printed-orange-screamer/
Below is a picture of the completed Orange Screamer, and Andy using it.

Here's one I whipped out on the Printrbot. I did have to sand the rotor to get it to spin freely but it works like a champ now!

Can you post the .STL files? I didn't find them. I lost interest when I realized it doesn't whistle. But if it was easy to get the .STL files, I would print one!
And... I think you should be posting in the Blue Screamer thread. Not the Orange Screamer thread!!!!

More of a siren sound than a whistle. I'll post files when I get back to my computer.

The YouTube video of the guy showing it didn't make it sound like it was loud or annoying. I'm wondering if it is high enough frequency all of that got lost in the video? If it is loud and annoying, I want one!
Note to JohnA136 : I managed to find the .STL files...... No need to upload.

I just checked out your link. It says:
This is a pocket sized turbo whistle or siren which emits a loud and extremely annoying WHEEEEEEEEEEE when you blow into it. I've done a full write-up on Instructables : http://www.instructables.com/id/The-Orange-Screamer/ and you can see a video of it in action here : https://vimeo.com/105474925. (The camera mic doesn't really pick up the full range and volume of it.)
This design was inspired by Instructables user Kiteman, who published a perspex laser cut version.
UPDATE: First one worked... But wasn't very loud... Making a few more.Last edited by Roxy; 09-14-2014 at 07:18 PM.

I printed one but I think the inside needs some post processing as the sound is a bit unsmooth. It sounds a bit like a drill when blown.

You know, you are right. I snuck up behind my wife and blew it and she said she thought I was playing with my portable drill.
