weird print issue...need some help SOLVED
i have a makerfarm i3v 10" so far i have printed out some stuff with very good results except for one part. it only happens on one corner of the print where it adds to much filament. as the print progresses the hot end with start to drag through the print. attache 2 pics show the bad and one showing the good. both pics are of the same part just different ends, i have changed the orientation of the print on the bed and it still does it on that corner. i have used slic3r and cura, same issue.
any help is appreciated

I have one side that I did print. I still have the issue dragging through but after looking at the stl i noticed that the printed part is different. The back is not supposed to look like that all all. So why would my printed part be different than the stl model?

Attachments didn't work, but for a start increase your retraction length and calibrate e-steps per mm.

back top corner there is a part that is missing, and it seems like not even the right shape. the rest of the print is fine. have done several prints and this model is the only one i am having issues with.

it was the firmware on the ramps. it was for the 8" i3v. so it would cut off the print. updated the the 10" version and all is going smooth.
