umm, what the hell kind of raft is that ?
You using replicator g ?
Have you tried using makwerware instead of raplicator g ? it's more user friendly (well sorta kinda - as long as you don't want to print without a raft) and makes much better rafts.
That said I have yet to print a long solid object without curl. Just not sure it's possible with abs and the flashforge setup. Probably with a heated chamber you could do it. But even with blue tape and bed at 130 I can't print long stuff without curling.
My theory is that it's caused by the varying temperatures i the different abs layers and it's the colder higher layers that contract and pull the plastic off the bed.Last edited by curious aardvark; 08-06-2014 at 06:52 AM.

You have 2 problems..
1. See your raft layers are all seperated in some spots and joined in others? level your bed again. Some of your raft is dead flat, meaning you are printing too close in some sections.
2. Lower all your temperatures. If you are getting curling off a raft (and this I have very rarely had happen...) you are just too hot.
Try 226c and 106c on the bed and see what happens.
Also raise the layer height, if youa re printing at 0.2mm, raise it to 0.25mm and if you are printing at 0.25 raise it to 0.3mm and so on. Thicker prints stick easier.
To get lifting like that from the raft
