What is wrong with my printer? Look at this
Guys, can someone tell me what is wrong here. I just got a new 3D printer and this is what I get.
That's my final print. It was supposed to be solid. WTF is wrong with this, and what needs to be done?

Did you generate the gcode? Or was this provided with the printer?

Show us a bottom view picture so we can see how the first layer looks. Odds are you're starting the print with too much gap between the nozzle and the print bed.

Actually, it looks more like you are underextruding, not pushing through enough filament. No idea what printer and software you are using, but have you calibrated it?
