Another spider leather stamp
Printed in PLA. About 1.5" long.
Also made a 3d print model 6" long as well as a cnc pattern for a flute totem.Last edited by OG56; 08-21-2023 at 04:02 AM.

Scifi walker tank
In the design and modeling stage. Rough idea in my head and just throwing things down and see what I like. This is not the way you should model but I like the creative freedom.
Next step is to add additional detail and then finally have to make the model 3d printable.
That will be with boolean adds and subtractions and potentially some retopo of some geometry. We'll have to see how bad my geometry is in the end

Ran out of green filament so a tiny pause. Just ordered a few more rolls.
This will be my largest model printed so far when completed.

Me being me, ordered the wrong color filament. Instead of reordering more filament I decided to just paint the model. Finished printing all the parts.
It will be a little over 20 inches long so definitely my biggest model so far.
Next step is to start gluing up the parts and then start painting.

My main hobby is woodworking followed closely by cnc carving. So an idea to help my woodworking with 3d printing. Threw together a quick design for a corner glue brace. So not completely useless but still fun with a potential of usefulness.
Printed 5" x 5" x 1" with 50% infill.

Tensegrity model. Still need to sand, seal and paint. I think a metal paint would look cool.

Hands tensegrity sculpture
New tensegrity sculpture. Started modeling a hand but looked like poo so used a purchased asset. Way better. Still needs sanding sealing and painting before setting it up. Hands are 5 1/2" long in PLA.
