Acetone Vapor Finishing - Homebrew Setup
I managed to get some great results with acetone vapor finishing with some materials I purchased at Goodwill for just a few dollars. I have the information in a detailed blog post at http://www.tesseract-design.com/smooth-finish.html. A picture of before & after results is shown below.

Very nice. I am thoroughly impressed. How long do you bath your prints for?

5-10 minutes does the trick. The left hand print in the image I posted was in for only 5 minutes. It probably should have been left in for longer, but I was worried about losing some of the detail. i can still see the striations from the low res printing, but no one else I've shown it to can notice it very easily.
