How do you Store your PLA in the Summer?
With summer approaching us, it means we have to decide how to plan our PLA and ABS filament. I have found that heat and humidity really do terrible things to filament (especially PLA). I'm wondering what you guys do in order to protect your extra spools of filament in the summer time. I currently don't have AC in any rooms other than my bedroom and I don't have room to store it in there. Any suggestions? What do you guys and girls do?

I personally just store it in plastic wrap usually with some sort of cloth between the plastic wrap and filament. I store it in the coolest, driest place I possible can find. I usually don't have any problems. I too don't have A/C and live in quite a humid environment.

If you can, get a resealable plastic bag, throw in the spool and a bag of dessicant and seal. Grip seal bags work a treat and are fairly cheap.
