Random Filament Jamming
My last attempt at fixing this, before I throw it away!
I bought a second Ender 3 to compare settings, setup, hardware, etc.
All menus are the same. The identical files are being used. Same PLA brand.

The printer on the left has had the following upgrades, but STILL JAMS!!!
- aluminum feeder
- feed tubes, fittings, and locks
- circuit board (quiet drive)
- heater, and nozzles

After a random period of time, the OLD, UPGRADED printer jams at the hot end
and creates a wedge that is very difficult to remove.

I've tried temperature changes, feed speed, and equaled the following settings:
MAIN:: CONTROL :: MOTION >
A-Travel from 1000 to 500
Jerk 10 to 20
Jerk 10 to 20
How and why is it still jamming? I will literally send a million virtual hugs to anyone that
lead me down another path to success. I'm at a loss...
Thank you in advance!

At this stage the only thing left to do is to swap the hot ends over between the working and the faulty machine or buy a brand new hot end complete and fit it. If that dosn't work I guess you are it is heading for the recycling bin.
