Looing for new 3d printer recommendation
Fairly new to this area of activity.
Computer literate electro/mechanical engineer looking for advice on choosing first 3d printer
Do not want to go the resin route and prefer a kit to assemble.
Most objects I wish to print would fit in a 10cm cube.
Most printer seen online appear to have mixed reviews.
Have a budget of £320.
Welcome any feedback.
Regards and stay safe

I have an Ender 3pro that has been printing various stuff, almost every day since early Nov '20. No complaints at all.
You just need to know how to tune your slicer program (Cura is one) for the best prints.
That was a little bit of a learning curve, but it becomes quite logical when it finally "clicks" in your brain.
Your larger expense is going to be the filament. Then you'll think of getting an enclosure, hot-rodding the thing with hotends, fans, etc. etc.

If you have a truly flat and rigid print bed such as a4 or5 mm borosilicate glass plate auto leveling is just one more thing to go wrong.
