Rippling in early layers (Ender 3 V2 BL touch w/ Microswiss hotend and extruder)

So I recently swapped to a microswiss hotend and extruder, and ever since I've been having bad bed adhesion, to the point where I have to use a raft, and rippling in the "solid" layers on the top and bottom. I calibrated my E axis, measured filament diameter (using polymaker polylite pla), and releveled the bed and measured z-offset. Nothing seems to change it. Any ideas? I've attached a picture of the rippling which is on the first layer above the raft.
