i need help badly

the filament did not look very melted though

so i loosened the bolt that was holding the thermistor and plugged it back in and it is reading 26 also it is putting out filament now

Is this a different filament that you have never used before?
Which filament are you using?
How old is the filament?
How was the Filament stored?
What temperature was the Hot-End set?
