I think The Stratasys J750 Polyjet 3D printer is widely used by manufacturers of medical devices and surgeons.

Well in order of budget friendliness:
The cheapest full colour 3d printer I know of is the XYZ Davinci color: https://www.xyzprinting.com/en-GB/pr...L/color-series
I've Seen the prints from this machine and while the color lacks really bright contrasted colours - they are very impressive.
That's probably the best and cheapest FULL colour machine around.
A much cheaper alternative would be to print in different but solid colours.
Simplest solution for this would be a decent i3 (prusa mk3 for choice) and a mosaic palette 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gd3FGrIDYn8
That has the advantage of also being multi material. So you could mix different coloured filaments with soluble support.
If money is no option - then a full colour multi material binderjet will set you back $100,000 and up !
But they are pretty awesome :-)Last edited by curious aardvark; 04-13-2020 at 10:29 AM.
