pls help im begginer i cant do it

hi everybody i just bought my daughter 3d printer for her birthday xvico 3d printer i put all together i tried probly 20 times sample print such as chess cube vb everytime i print it moves after little bit it doesnt stick i used glue ( the one it come with ) i only managed 1 time print which is like cylinder which is come out good but other times it keeps moving all over i search i believe i need heated bed for printer but same time i watch video he said xvico doesnt have a good power supply for heated bed i really dont know what to do i bought for her birthday gift i havent made anything yet

heated bed abnd proper BED LEVELLING.

What you have there is aan ender 3 clone - so go watch lots of videos on how to make an ender 3 work.

They are probably the most problematical 3d printer currently being made. So good luck :-)

see previous advice - it's basically a slightly tarted up ender 3.
There are 82 quintillion videos on how to use an ender 3 on youtube - possibly more ;-)

also when you say 'learn to use' - what exactly do you mean ?
Making your own models
modifying the hardware
using a slicer
getting different filaments to work
messing about with firmware
etc etc
