Support Material Issue. Help

I did not look at the video but sounds like you have a single support structure that keeps falling over. no idea what slicer you are using, this info is for Simplified 3D V 4.01On the support tab, use 4 or 5 support base layers, make sure lower vertical separation layers set to 0, add additional support infill angles, manually add additional supports, Utilize a brim (6 skit outlines, .04mm offset)

I am using Cura. I am not sure the support structure is "falling over" as it really doesn't want to stick from the start. One of my attempts it got thru the first layer or so of the support "web" but then either pulls up or the filament bunches up there.I need to take a couple pictures of it when it messes up.

EDIT: I am going to try to slow down the support print speed. This is a pretty thin area so....this may help.
