help figuring out problem?
Hello all.
I am new to 3d printing and have only had my Ender3 for a couple days now. I am still figuring out all the tweaks and settings. I have had a few successful prints so far, but I cant figure out why this build is going bad. It is a lego gatling gun I downloaded from thingiverse. The bottom half prints fine, but the top half is almost a blob. Any tips or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.legoGatling.jpg

basically it doesn;t have enough time to cool between layers.
So make sure you have print area cooling on at 100% and try printing 2 at a time.
that way each layer gets time to cool before the next is deposited.
Can't remember if the ender3 comes with print cooling already installed or not. Either way it's not really working.
Once you print with 2 at once I guess we'll start talking about retraction settings :-)
Try it first.

I do have it at 100%. Default setting, I believe. By two at a time do you mean double up the print? 2 guns at a time?
