OK I've raised the bed, and changed the nozzle temp to 210 then 220, and the bed to 70. But the PLA still lifts off the bed. I've tried 2 lots of PLA, and ordered a 3rd to try, but not sure what else it could be ?

I watched your video, it appears that your nozzle is still too high above the bed.
Quick test you take a sheet of paper from your printer cut to the size of the bed and stretch tightly then tape it to the bed.
Leave room between the clear tape and your first print line without changing anything print on the paper.
This is how much you need to lower the nozzle.

One Strip Vinyl Transfer Paper Tape. Similar to the Painters Blue tape method only wider tape.

Big thanks to all replies so far. I seem to have solved those problems but I have found another. If you look at the video it looks like the couplers are moving but no filament is being fed through. I have placed a black dot on the filament and it's going nowhere. Any ideas ? I'll get there in the end haha. Thanks again

It appears that your gear that moves the filament is not aligned, the gear teeth need to bite into the filament.
The gear could either be reversed or pulled out so the filament centers the teeth.
And one set screw should be tightened onto the flat surface of the stepper motor shaft Key.Last edited by Roberts_Clif; 01-29-2019 at 09:16 AM.

My typing and my thoughts are working at different speeds, so sometimes all the thoughts do not make to the unedited typed Post.
