I have started up Hi Res 3D printing service on the B9Creator 3D printer called http://y3d.com.ua.

Main focus is quality of resulted model. It's not like "regular" RepRaps and other ABS/PLA FDM printers. The MAXIMUM layer height starts from 0,1 mm (100 micron). The theoretical minimum is 0,006 mm (6 micron) !! Yes, 6, not 60! microns! But usually I'm printing around 19-25 micron for the jewellery purposes and around 50-80 micron for general.

Birds are made with 19 micron In Z, and 50 microne in XY plane. Green aircraft: 100 micron XY plane and 76 micron Z; Eiffel and Yoda - 50XY, 38Z.

Moreover the material is easily castable as a regular jewellers wax. So it's not a surprise that main clients are jewellers. Also my service is interesting for architects and engineers.
