Sense Scanner Demonstration at Inside 3D Printing Conference
I thought I'd share this video of a demonstration of a 3D Systems representative using a Cubify Sense scanner to make a 3D model of a man. It was very interesting to see this in action, as I had not seen the Sense being used before. You don't want to use this scanner to scan small detailed objects. It should be used for larger objects such as human beings.

Nice! I think a lot of people buy the Sense scanner hoping to use it in a way some use the Makerbot digitizer. It's not meant for scanning small detailed objects. It's meant for doing cool stuff like this.

greatest is correct. 3D Systems has other more expensive scanners that are meant for scanning smaller objects. The sense gets a bad wrap sometimes because people think it should be able to scan objects like the Digitizer does. That's not what it is built for.
Printing time- Is this right?
