Creator Pro Dual Extruder Failure

Hi all,Im trying to use my new Creator Pro to print a fidget spinner. It gets halfway through the print and then both extruders start half printing the material. I though the extruders might be jammed, but I just ran some test prints immediately afterwards with no issues. I've done this print three times with different temperatures (220, 210 195) and each gave the same issue about halfway through. My only idea is that the project doesn't like the text and is causing things to freakout (I used Solidworks ---> Flashprint) Edit: Just printed the text without the blue base and it went through without any issues.
