Can someone print me some parts?
Hello,
Is anyone able to print me some parts for my Prusa i3? I have the STL files and am obviously willing to pay. Just struggling to know where to start in terms of sourcing the parts I need. I've looked on eBay but I do not need a full set, only a few pieces.
I'm located in the UK.
Any help welcome!
Thanks,
James

If you were in the US, I'd happily assist you. Our local library has a Prusa i3 MK2.5 and it's a great machine. You may be able to find a local makerspace with members willing to assist you for a reasonable cost. Consider to use a search engine for "makerspace (my location)" to find someone close.

My suggestion would be to buy a Folger Tech i3-2020 kit. I have one of those printers and I love it. It is one of the best 3D Printer kits for the money.
And... I'm so impressed with it, I added a configuration example file for it in the main Marlin branch.

Incidentally... This machine was used for the original UBL development for Marlin. And of course... This printer is shipped with (an outdated) version of Marlin.Last edited by Roxy; 01-28-2018 at 10:14 PM.

Life saver - thank you!
I'm about 10mins from Stratford Upon Avon in the Midlands.
Here are the printed parts I'm after (I have the STL files and can send them over)
- X end motor
- X end idler
- X carriage
- Z axis top (left & right)
- Z axis bottom (left & right)
- E3d extruder assembly
Would you recommend them be printed in ABS or PLA?
How much would you want for the above inc delivery?
Thanks again,
James
