Extruder Calibration
I have a Geeetech i3 Pro B for which I have been trying to calibrate the extruder. I finally just got everything working smoothly, filament is extruding without skipping.
I'm using the manual control in Repetier Host - the single arrow to extrude 50mm. It pulls about 100mm. I use (50/actual)*(current e-steps) and update the Marlin firmware. I'm still getting ~100mm extruded.
I've tried many values between 100-1000 for the extruder steps per unit but it doesn't seem to be changing anything.
I'm thinking the manual extrude in Repetier Host is set to its own speed and separate from the firmware. How do I extrude at the speed set in the firmware?

I'm using the manual control panel, but the extrude speed never seems to change. 100 steps_per_unit is the same extrude length as 1000.
