FilaFlex Filament Any Good?
Has anyone tried the FilaFlex Filament yet? I've seen a lot of cool things that have been created using it, like prosthetics and shoes. Has anyone on this forum actually tried printing with it yet? I just saw that extrudables.us is selling it in the US. They claim to the the only official reseller in the US selling FilaFlex.
It is priced at $45/roll.
Here are the pair of shoes I'm talking about that were printed using this stuff
This filament is created by Recreus. You can see some cool stuff that can be made with this stuff at http://www.thingiverse.com/Recreus/designs/

No, sorry I haven’t tested that one. I order my filament materials at 3D2print. Using their rubber-like filaments, I already 3D printed dozen of flip-flops. You can actually 3D print your own prototype shoes by using rubber-like filaments.

I've printed some pacifiers using Filaflex. Worked a treat, although the baby was hard to wake after using them for a while.

Filaflex / NinjaFlex
Filaflex is really nice. It isn't super consistent in diameter, but it is a nice soft rubber.
We have printed more with NinjaFlex, which is similar. It is super strong. Ninjaflex isn't as soft as Filaflex. It is more like a car tire rubber than a soft squishy rubber. We have a couple videos here:

It sounds like a very interesting material. I have printed rubber shoes but I used rubber filament from 3D2print. It’s a very flexible and highly tear-resistant material, which is great for shoes and flip-flops. I’ll try Filaflex one day to see its difference from rubber filament.
Printing time- Is this right?
