Hey guys. Been out for a bit and now I'm back.
I was recently happily printing away when my left head started making a chunking sound when feeding. So I took it apart and found a loose piece of filament by the gear. I took it out, reassembled, and...chunk, chunk, chunk.
It DOES, however, feed while it's doing that. But still, chunk chunk.
Any suggestions the most likely culprit?

Anyone done supports while printing PETG? I am thinking it is to sticky to be its own support material.

I've printed a few rolls of PETG and it can be difficult to remove any stray bits of support or imperfections. It binds so well. The majority of supports break clean free, but if you have overextrusion or a glob binding it on then it's time to break out the scalpel and files. It also doesn't bridge as well as ABS or PLA, requiring more top layers, more infill, and more support in my experience.

I am looking for advise.
My printer seems to print on a angle.
Everything seems to lean at a angle to the left (X-) direction.
I did place the model on the bed but it still seems to print at a slight angle.
Using S3D.
Does not seem to make a difference using PLA or ABS.
The print I am running now looks like it is starting to lean back to the X + direction.
Glass bed is clamped tight so I know its not moving.
This print is PLA bed temp 60 Extruder temp is 200
Any help would be appreciated.

before I take everyone's time up.
I found that the plate was in fact moving on me even though I had the corner clamps locked in good.
Put some tape on each corner and started over.
At 33% done now and it looks very good at this point.
Thanks

Looking for an alternative, meaning cheap, for Ninja - SemiFlex. Looking to make shock-vibration feet so it just needs to be a bit soft. The SemiFlex works nice but it is expensive!!
