Daniel Luntzel of Colgate University created the Colgate Makers' club earlier this year with the goal of facilitating a community of makers from all disciplines. Currently, the club's focus is on 3D printing, and their first initiative, the Build Your Own Printer project, aims to have 100 students building their own 3D printers through a series of workshops led by the club.
