problems connecting geeetech prusa i3 with macbook
So i bought Geeetech prusa i3 and the assemblying was quite easy. Now as i connect the usb to my macbook pro os x 10.10 the laptop gets very very laggy. Even the cursor moveing is difficult. And i cant see the printer as added device. So i think i am missing some drivers? At geeetech forum i was told i need ftdi drivers. http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Docu...tallGuides.htm i downloaded the ftdiusbserialdriver and nothing changed.
at first i tried to install drivers as told on the geeetech wiki but there is windows version of the driver and as im kinda new to the mac so i was unable to install any drivers from that instruction. Is there anybody that knows whats going on? I assebled the printer with 12 hours but i have tryed 4 days to connect the printer with my mac :S
