ABS printing Problem

Hi all
As staded in the mot section I am quite new to 3d printing.

At the moment I am having difficulties printing ABS.
I printed ABS last week with the same paramaters without any problems.

But now the filament is printing a few minutes and suddenly coming out of the side of the extruder ...


Info:
Filament: Voltivo EscelFil ABS 1.75
Temp: 235 (same problem with 231)
Speed: 45-60mm/sec

I am wondering if i can resuse the ABS piglet tails
