3D Printed Titanium - Cheaper Than Regular Titanium
The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research organization, in Australia has a new technology that allows them to print parts out with Titanium at costs which are cheaper than that of traditional manufacturing methods. Titanium is used in many products which include, but are not limited to products in the following fields:
- Aerospace and Defense
- Medical implants
- Manufacturing industry
- Research & Development
